1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any part of the dg66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with dg66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the dg66 platform and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and dg66. dg66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these terms at any time and without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Your continued use of dg66 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

The dg66 platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dg66 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing dg66 is lawful in your location.
• You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from dg66 or had an account permanently closed by dg66 for breach of these terms.

dg66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held therein may be subject to review before any withdrawal is permitted. dg66 takes particular responsibility for ensuring that minors are excluded from the platform and employs age verification procedures during registration.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available on dg66, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain that information up to date. dg66 may request additional verification documentation at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. The following rules apply to your account:

• Each individual may hold only one active account on dg66. Opening multiple accounts, including through different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dg66 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify dg66 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Account information, including the registered name, must match the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. dg66 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the registered account holder's name.

dg66 reserves the right to close accounts that are found to contain inaccurate registration information, that are operating under false identities, or that are being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dg66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dg66 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to the account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt. dg66 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. dg66 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• dg66 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or conversion charges, for which dg66 bears no responsibility.
• Funds in your dg66 account may only be used for wagering on the platform. dg66 accounts are not interest-bearing and are not to be treated as a banking or savings product.

dg66 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the account may be suspended and the matter referred for further investigation. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed in the account settings area.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dg66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms that apply to individual promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• dg66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been activated on an account, the terms in place at that time apply.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions — are subject to their own individual terms which will be published at the time the promotion is launched. dg66 reserves the right to cancel any promotion if it determines that the promotion has been misused or if external circumstances make continuation impractical.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on dg66 are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or altered by the player. The following rules apply across all product categories:

• In the event of a manifest error — including technical errors, incorrect odds, or settlement errors — dg66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. dg66's decision in such cases is final.
• dg66 does not accept liability for lost internet connections, device failures, or power interruptions that affect a player's ability to place, monitor, or close a bet. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable connection.
• Casino games on dg66 run on certified software from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. dg66 does not modify game mechanics, RTP values, or outcomes. All live casino tables stream from the provider's own studios.

Winnings generated from sports betting are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed. dg66 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds offered or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dg66. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, using dg66 to process illegally obtained funds, or using the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether to claim bonuses multiple times, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason.
• Colluding with other players, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform promotions or guarantee winnings at the expense of dg66.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the dg66 platform, its servers, or any related systems or networks.

dg66 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in any investigation of prohibited conduct. Evidence of prohibited conduct will be preserved and provided to relevant authorities where required by law or where dg66 determines it is in the public interest to do so.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

dg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time; account inactivity for an extended period; or where dg66 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory order.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied and after any required verification has been completed. Where an account is closed due to a breach, dg66 may withhold the balance pending full investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

dg66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered accounts at no charge:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

dg66 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. dg66 does not warrant that any particular game, market, or feature will be available at any specific time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the dg66 platform — including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of dg66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the dg66 platform without dg66's prior written consent.

12. Privacy

dg66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account and using dg66, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dg66 applies SSL encryption across the entire platform and does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dg66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dg66 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. However, it remains your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions regularly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
